Kunstenaar Dave Delacruz

Dave De La Cruz is an award-winning, internationally collected artist. His journey in developing his unique style began as a child. While still very young, his family lived throughout the U.S., as well as England and Japan.

Dave has always maintained a passion for art, although he took a somewhat circuitous route into his professional art career including teaching high school chemistry, working as an air traffic controller, and attaining his pilot’s license.

Today, he creates beautiful seascapes, still life, and abstracts that have both a calming effect as well as creating a sense of drama. The ocean and his semi-annual trips to Europe inspire him in his painting as well as the family’s Scottish Terrier named Oscar.
